Supported the teachers today! It was a pleasure to offer chair massages to the hard working and dedicated teachers at Forest Meadow Middle School. (JR High)

Last night the Nature's Sunshine event was fun, informative and a blessing!! I drew my own ticket from the drawing and got me a free Power Balance pouch! This is new in our Power Line Products and I have yet to try it!

Saturday work day was great! Although I was tired from last night and a full day on Friday....I still gave a 💯 to each client/patient.

Two 2nd time repeats and one brand new one today(referral)! They all have rebooked!

I give thanks to Yahweh for the continuing growth and sustaining me physically and emotionally!!

Things have definitely turned around in a short amount if time. I contribute it to timing, readiness, mindset, belief, real support, and the blessings of Abba Almighty!! 💚💚💚🕊💜

The past couple of weeks have been a grind! These two events were connections and fun! A scene to be seen!🥰

On top of that! I had a great coaching call with one of my Urban League coaches today! Both calls were superb! Thx Warren & Mark!!

Today, I protected my peace.

It's imperative for the givers and the strong to walk the talk! Trust, I do...when it's needed. 💚

Makes me better for it.

What do you do to protect yours? Haven't yet? Try it...

Here are 10 ways:

1. No Social Media or electronics
2. Sit and be still in a quiet space
3. Stay in bed
4. Listen to soothing music
5. Take a walk (walk your dog)
6. Treat yourself to lunch/dinner
7. Get a massage (Book with me 😉)
8. Pray
9. Read a book
10. Stretch and drink water

I did all today, except 1 & 7, but trust, they are on rotation. 💚💚💚
