In honor of World Bipolar Day, what better time than to announce the release of my book. As many of you know I have been living with Bipolar disorder for over 41 years. I just published my memoir/guide to wellness that is now available on Amazon.com. (See link below). If you know anyone who suffers or struggles with depression, anxiety or bipolar disorder, I encourage you to read it for yourself to understand the struggles, or send it to that person. Our Clubhouse is a wonderful place of hope and belonging, offering meaningful work and relationships, a launch pad for those looking for a better life!
