Dr. Fleming is also passionate about orthodontic techniques to optimize the growth and development of the jaws and faces in children to develop healthy airways and consistent restorative sleep.

We can’t get enough of Jorge’s transformation! ✨ Because of his misaligned teeth and bite, he was constantly chipping and breaking them. Without orthodontics, his only options would have been aggressive porcelain restorations or fragile composite work that would continuously chip.

Instead, a short round of orthodontics aligned his teeth perfectly, giving the restorative dentist the best foundation for conservative composite treatment.

Check out Levi’s before and after. 🤩 He began treatment with mild upper and lower crowding and an anterior open bite. After expanding both arches, his results are amazing.

We use wires that allow gentle forces on the teeth over a longer period of time which means less soreness and fewer appointments.
