This is a night to release, recalibrate and deeply listen,

This sound journey is designed as a supported spacious experience, where participants are invited to rest, listen, and allow sound to guide the nervous system out of urgency and into coherence. Through layered instruments – such as gongs, singing bowls, chimes and grounding tones – sound becomes a stabilizing field that helps the body recognize its sense of pace, safety, and presence.

Sovereignty: Return to Witness is an experiential workshop that introduces a practical embodied way of relating to sensation, emotion, thought and story – without fixing overriding or performing insight.

The return to witness is not about becoming calm. It is about staying present without abandoning yourself.
