The Calm Within: A Nervous System Reset & Kava Experience

Soften your body, steady your mind, and reconnect with your inner peace in this restorative two-hour experience.

• Ceremonial Kava – Begin with a grounding elixir to relax the nervous system and settle into presence.

• Chakra Breathwork Journey – Move energy through the body with intentional breathing and mindful awareness.

• Nervous System Reset Tools – Explore gentle shaking, tapping, and toning to release stress and restore balance.

• Creative Art Ritual – Create a simple, calming artwork or mandala to anchor your sense of ease and expression.

• Restorative Sound Bath – Rest deeply as waves of sound from crystal bowls and chimes integrate your journey.

Leave feeling lighter, centered, and deeply connected to the calm within.
