About 20/20/20:
Come for a fun class to strengthen and condition your whole body! This class will consist of 3 sections, each just a little under 20 minutes. The first will focus on core using Pilates and other great core exercises, the second section focuses on exercises for the upper body, and the third section for lower body. Starting with the core will get your abdomen ready for bearing weight. We’ll use low weights appropriate for your body or just body weight for each section. Let’s concentrate on form and function, making sure you're getting the most out of each move in a way that is right for you. We'll use yoga poses to stretch the muscles used to finish the class. You'll feel the strength you build in every activity you do! This is such a fun workout and a great way to start your day.
Low to moderate impact class, can always be modified.
Bring a mat, bare feet or toe socks.

About Hatha Yoga:
In Hatha Yoga we concentrate on physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), and meditation to cultivate overall balance, strength, and mental clarity. The word “hatha” (“sun” and “moon”) symbolizes the balance of the opposites such as effort and ease, or strength and flexibility, within the body and mind. We move in a slower pace with focus on holding poses to develop strength and alignment, while incorporating breath work to increase relaxation and mindfulness. 💫Temp mid 70s.
