This Friday! If you're interested in learning more about the nervous system, what it means to be "regulated", and tips on how to find regulation in this crazy world then this workshop is for you!

The world we live in is fact-paced, hectic, and overstimulating. It leaves little time to care for oneself fully. This workshop is designed to unravel the burdens of the modern world. Participants will learn what nervous system regulation means and learn ways to practice regulation in a multitude of life situations. Participants will leave with a guide covering the various techniques taught in class to continue the work at home.

Now through June 15th I am offering 30 minute Reflexology sessions. During these sessions I will be following a classic Reflexology flow with some select variations.
The discounted rate (30 minutes for $20) is designed to make this affordable for as many as possible. I'm hoping for the opportunity to practice and hone my technique with the help of you wonderful people. 😊

January and February recap 💖❄️🧘🏼‍♀️

*Continued to teach weekly at and
*Added a weekly Mat Pilates class
*Guided a Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) program for a woman's retreat with
*Led a Magic of Winter fireside chat with
*Worked with my regular Thai Massage and Assisted Stretching clients.
*Personal forest bathing work for myself (also scouting new locations!)

✨ February ✨

*Subbing lots of classes at Harvest, as well as keeping up with my regular weekly classes
*Got my business name officially on the door of the massage suite I'm in!
*Completed Level 1 Reflexology certification
*Practicing the Steel Tongue Drum for an upcoming Restorative Aerial and soundbath workshop
*Offered 15 minute Table Thai Massages at retreat
*Continued to work with my regular clients as well as a couple new ones!
