**Important Information Please Read Whole Message**
Hey everyone, Dr. Zach here! I just wanted to take a minute to provide a little update on TCPMS. As most of you know we have been closed the past months, this was a decision that Alicia and I did not take lightly as we know how much our services do for our clients in terms of offering flexible and affordable veterinary care for your flocks. We made the decision to temporarily close for a number of reasons; Alicia and I got married and I started picking up relief work shifts to help support our family. The main reason we temporarily closed was that I was approached to purchase a veterinary clinic located in Hopkins.

We are very excited to announce that the sale will be completed April 24th! Alicia and I will be the proud owners of TCCare Veterinary Clinic (Formerly Hopkins Pet Hospital). Please check out our website www.tccarevet.com and like/follow our page TCCare Veterinary Clinic

The decision to purchase the clinic stems from my dream of owning my own clinic to better help this in need of veterinary care. It also will provide me with the opportunity to build on what we have created with TCPMS. I am sad to announce that TCPMS will be closing; HOWEVER, it’s only closing because it’s being absorbed by TCCare! What does this mean? It means that TCCare will be providing both in clinic and mobile services (exclusive to our poultry clients). This will allow us to offer in house lab work options, x-rays, medications that you don’t have to order online, and so much more! We can also take care of your other animals health needs when we do a flock visits (vaccines, examinations, etc). This move will expand our services in order to provide our poultry clients with the best possible veterinary care in the state! We will start seeing appointments May 1st, but we are currently accepting appointment requests to start filling our schedule! Mobile appointments are offered Fridays after 4:00PM, Saturdays after 12:00PM & Sundays all day. Our in clinic hours will be Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Fridays 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, and Saturdays 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

We would also like to extend a 10% discount on the first examination fee for all in clinic (Dogs, cats, poultry, exotics) & mobile appointments scheduled from May 1st to July 31st! Call or email now to get scheduled for Spring Health Checks!

Hey everyone!! Dr. Zach here, just wanted to make a special post covering a couple topics!

1.) Thank you so much to all of our loyal customers! During our June promotion we saw such an increase in the number of appointments we booked! Out of 12 appointments we saw this month, 10 of them were new clients!!! This might not seem like a lot but for a very part-time business, this was such an increase. For reference, we only saw 12 appointments our first year, and now we are seeing that in 1 month! We are on pace to have a record breaking year here at TCPMS and we owe it all to you! As a thank you, we will be extending our 15% off through the month of July! So if you missed us in June, reach out and let’s get you booked in July!

2.) Thank you all for your patience and understanding throughout this transition period! We know that our response times are slow, and I do my best to try and make sure to get back to every inquiry in a timely manner. Please allow 3-4 days for a response, when we have an influx of requests like we did this month we get backed up pretty quickly. If the situation is more emergent, we are not an emergency services; however please see our next topic point for more urgent care related inquires. Please remember that this is a very part-time business for us (plus it is just Alicia & I) and we are trying our best to make sure we help treat all poultry species that need our help!

3.) To help with our increasing caseload and to make sure that all of our patients get seen as soon as possible, we are partnering with our day job clinic to offer appointments even on days that TCPMS is not operating. The clinic is located in Brooklyn Park, and is called Midwest Animal Rescue Services (MARS) Veterinary Services. I will be at the clinic Wednesday-Friday 8-6 & Saturdays 8-1. Hi everyone!! Our apologies for the absence on our page, several big things have been going on!

1. Dr. Zach & Alicia got engaged and are planning their wedding for October of this year!

2. Dr. Zach & Alicia are now employed at Midwest Animal Rescue & Services in Brooklyn Park; so if you need any other animal care you can visit us there!

3. NEW HOURS!! With our new jobs, we are excited to be able to offer weekday hours! We will now be accepting appointments on:
Saturdays 3-6
Sundays 8-6
Mondays 8-6
Tuesdays 8-4

4. We are now offering a special limited time discount to celebrate our new hours. This includes both new and returning customers, it covers sick appointments as well as flock health checks. We will be offering 15% off of all appointments scheduled between now and June 30th. *Offer cannot be used with other discounts*

We just had our largest flock visit to date here at TCPMS! The flock consisted of 51 chickens and 4 ducks. These were also our first duck patients, so very exciting times here at TCPMS! The flock was amazing to spend the morning with!

The owners were amazing and super welcoming and supportive of us here at TCPMS. We are looking forward to working with them again in the future! We are very thankful for all of our new and existing clients that continue to support us. Big news will be coming shortly so stay tuned for our WI supporters and other big news is coming!

We were busy this past weekend at TCPMS! We had two farm calls with two amazing clients! Our first client was in Stillwater, and we got to take a look at their chicken flock, goat herd, and some farm cats! Our second client was in Foreston and we got to take a look at their chickens and geese! Both clients were amazing and so welcoming, and both had such a great setup for their flocks!

This past Sunday, we completed our very first appointment as TCPMS! Our client and her family were amazing and welcoming, and have a very healthy flock overall!
