We're currently looking for a creative, compassionate, neuroaffirming LMFT to join our Minneapolis-based team. You'll work alongside psychologists, occupational therapists, dietitians, and executive function coaches in a collaborative, integrative model designed to make a difference for our clients and our team.

- You'll provide couples therapy and individual therapy through a neurodivergent-aware, trauma-informed lens
- You'll work with individuals and couples navigating ADHD, Autism, and executive function differences
- You'll be part of a deeply supportive, cross-disciplinary care team

Big news from Stepping Stone Clinic — Occupational Therapy is back! And we’re thrilled to introduce our new OT, Dr. Courtney Mangan.

Courtney brings years of experience supporting kids, teens, and families through sensory processing, emotional regulation, motor skills, daily living skills, and executive functioning. She combines clinical expertise with a creative, patient-centered approach that helps every child feel seen, supported, and capable. As a new mom, Courtney also loves partnering with parents and has a special passion for working with babies and toddlers, helping families build nurturing routines and confidence during those early years.

Her passion for neurodivergent learners, her background in pediatric rehabilitation, and her genuine care for families make her such an exciting addition to our team. 🧡
