Village Shores was feeling the holiday spirit this week when we were blessed with a concert from the amazing Nicholas David! Nicholas was a finalist in the 2012 season of NBC's The Voice. His holiday performance at our community brightened everyone's spirits. Happy holidays from all of us at Village Shores!

This month our resident spotlight is on Stan! Here are some things you may not know about your neighbor...

🚜 As a kid he loved tractors and trains, and he still loves them today!
🚶‍♂️‍➡️ He was one of 40 volunteers who created The Montour Trail in Western Pennsylvania. It was converted from a 47 mile railroad to a forested trail used by pedestrians, bikers, hikers, and more!
🎹 Jazz and classical music are among Stan's many passions. He often frequents jazz music venues.
🌏 He is also passionate about climate justice, and he is involved as a leader in MN350 which supports regenerative agriculture and opposes crude oil pipeline extensions into Minnesota.

Be sure to tell him hello when you see him around! We are so glad you're here, Stan!
