To our valued community, As of October 1, 2025, federal policy from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and other payors will no longer permit many of the remote or telehealth visits that were temporarily permitted during the COVID-19 public health emergency.
As a result, we are no longer able to schedule routine telehealth visits (video/phone) for our primary care patients unless the rules change. We will continue to offer in-person visits with the same convenience, and we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule and reduce wait time.
If you are unable to come to the office and have a compelling reason (e.g., mobility or transportation issues), please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
We know many of you have appreciated the convenience of telehealth, and we share your preference for flexibility. We regret that we must make this adjustment. Our commitment to your health, access, and continuity of care remains unchanged. We will continue to monitor federal and state policies for any updates or new flexibility. Should the rules change in the future, we will notify you promptly.
