Are you tired of being in pain and frustrated with your options?
Yeah… me too. And I've heard that sentence at least 40,000 times over the last 28 years.
For nearly three decades, I’ve worked with thousands of bodies—athletes, elders, weekend warriors, and a whole parade of lovely humans who swear they’re “falling apart,” “broken,” or “held together by willpower and duct tape.”
Spoiler alert: you’re not broken.
Your body is just adapting—heroically, constantly, sometimes creatively enough to win awards.
I never set out to create a method. Honestly, it still surprises me that I'm here, doing this work I love.
I just paid attention.
I watched bodies bend around stress, lean into habit, overcompensate for old injuries, and negotiate with gravity like it was a full-time job. Our bodies take in everything—good choices, terrible choices, late nights, long days, forgotten water bottles—and still somehow try to keep us upright.
Eventually, all those observations formed patterns,
the patterns became principles,
and the principles turned into The 10 Fundamentals—a simple toolkit for how to BE in your body better (and maybe laugh about it along the way).
They’re not fancy.
They’re not complicated.
They don’t require spandex, perfection, or a warrior mentality.
They’re just… human.
The 10 Fundamentals:
1️⃣ Pay Attention
2️⃣ Move Like You’re Made To
3️⃣ Practice Self-Massage
4️⃣ Exposure to Temperature Extremes (yes, the cold does hate you a little)
5️⃣ Eat Well
6️⃣ Hydrate Well
7️⃣ Rest Well
8️⃣ Harness Your Stress
9️⃣ Get a Team
🔟 Dare to Dream
Each one is a step in your lifelong adventure.
Together, they turn “just surviving” into “hey, I actually feel good.”
Because truly—what’s the point of living a long life if you spend most of it in pain, restricted, or annoyed at your own knees?
Give your body even one small positive input,
and it will repay you with more freedom than you expect.
Progress is perfection.
People often tell me, “You fixed me!”
And I always say, “No, YOU fixed you. I just showed you where the path starts.”
Your body is designed to heal.
It’s designed to adapt.
It’s designed to surprise you.
So whenever you’re ready… step forward.
Your trail is waiting.
👣 Happy trails.
