🍊 Sweet Orange, a Favorite Worth Revisiting 🍊

This Sunday I’m keeping things simple and intentional.

With a full weekend of in person shows ahead, I’m conserving my energy and revisiting one of my most loved essential oils, Sweet Orange. This oil has supported me through many seasons, and its bright, steady warmth still feels like exactly what’s needed right now.

✨ This morning during journaling, I had one of those moments where I realized I needed some serious energetic support. I wrote down: "I need oils for confidence, overcoming fear of change, growth, and examining my true self."

That's a pretty big ask, right? 😅

But then something magical happened... I went to my oil collection and let them choose ME instead of following a recipe. What came through was so perfect it literally made the back of my teeth tingle (my body's way of saying "HELL YES!").

The blend? Amyris, Coriander, Guava Leaf, Sweet Orange, and Lime jumped in at the end for good measure!

When I looked up the magical properties afterward, I was blown away by how perfectly aligned everything was for transformation and self-discovery work.

Tomorrow marks exactly one year since I shared my very first custom blend with all of you beautiful souls! 🥳

I just dropped a very special YouTube video recreating "Exotic Sunday" - the blend that started this incredible journey. A year ago, I was stressed, overwhelmed, and had no idea that three simple oils would change my entire life.

🌿 New Video: A Little Help from Your Friends 🌿

Today’s blend came from a place we all visit sometimes. That moment when you realize your struggles aren’t just yours, and that connection, even in small doses, can soften the edges.

I blended around the November 16 passage from Awakenings and the theme from our AIA vision board workshop, With a Little Help from My Friends. The timing lined up perfectly. The oils did too.

💛 Ylang ylang for emotional ease
🍋 Bergamot for clarity and courage
🌿 Ravintsara for breath and relief
✨ Frankincense for grounding
🌼 Roman chamomile for comfort

Together they created a scent story that feels like a warm circle of support, the kind that reminds you that you are not alone and you don’t have to carry everything by yourself.

🍂🔥 Cold outside, frozen creativity inside. So I made a warming blend to fix both.

Black Pepper (focus), Cardamom (mind clearer), Ginger (grounding heat), and Blood Orange (mood lift). Mixed it into lotion and rubbed it on my feet, instant warmth and reset.
