Lifeworks was founded by families who recognized the importance of advocacy and removing barriers for people with disabilities in the community. Today, Lifeworks continues to be an industry leader that has a strong commitment to community-based programs, careers with competitive wages in integrated settings, and developing innovative opportunities that enrich the everyday lives of the people we serve.

We envision a community where people with disabilities are more broadly valued, hired by employers, receiving support, and participating in ordinary activities. What We Do: Through Fiscal Support, Employment, and Day Services – as well as through partnerships with over 400 businesses – Lifeworks serves more than 2,700 Minnesotans with disabilities and their families.
