Bri Heniadis has been providing exceptional care to student‑athletes at Richland Center High School since 2022. You may also see her supporting athletes at Ithaca High School and Riverdale High School, ensuring they stay healthy, safe, and ready to compete. Parents, coaches, and student‑athletes trust Bri for her quick thinking and strong clinical skills, which makes all the difference.

"Your health care is personal, which is why we train to make your childbirth experience personalized to your plan, and safe for you and your baby," says Tracy Brownlee, RN and Birth Center director. Tracy, along with Theresia Clary, Rachel Fradette, and (not pictured) Sydney Lins participated in Spinning Babies, an internationally recognized training approach that focuses on maternal comfort, fetal positioning, and techniques that can support smoother labor and delivery. Jenny Koch from Environmental Services has emerged from a group of outstanding nominees as our first-ever BEE Award Honoree! Her exceptional nature and work ethic was highlighted in two separate nominations which included plenty of reasons why she is a deserving recipient:

“From my first day of orientation, Jenny made me feel right at home…She works 4 AM - Noon, but often comes in early, stays late, or returns later to help out… I’ve seen her take multiple phone calls, help train, check in with contractors, and stop in to see financial staff regarding the laundry department all while doing her regular job… Everyone knows she’s dependable and capable.”

We’re proud to care for our community both inside and outside our walls. On the last Friday of each month, staff can donate, receive a sticker, and wear jeans for the day. In February, proceeds benefit the Richland School District via the Snack Pack for Backpacks program!

So, if you see staff in jeans and wearing a sticker, you’ll know they’re supporting a great cause while enjoying a casual day! It’s a small gesture with a big impact- and a wonderful way for our hospital family to show we care.
