🌟 Meet Our New Director of Nursing 🌟

We are proud to welcome Leslie Johnson-Macon, RN as the new Director of Nursing at Glenview! With more than 15 years of nursing experience, Leslie has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, high-quality care in long-term and skilled nursing settings.

Leslie brings with her a strong clinical background, critical thinking skills, and a passion for resident advocacy. She is committed to ensuring that each resident receives the dignity, respect, and exceptional care they deserve.

A graduate of Meridian Community College, Leslie continues her professional growth through the University of Texas at Arlington. Over the years, she has served in roles ranging from providing direct patient care to mentoring and leading nursing teams.

Beyond her professional life, Leslie is a proud wife and mother of five, which gives her a unique perspective on bringing balance, compassion, and dedication to her role here at Glenview.
