Added a new 📚 birth book to my library of “finished” yesterday!
Birth without violence by Frederick Leboyer. 👌🏼

My love for birth and gentle birthing has always been just as centered on baby as mom, and I finally found a book that highlights that one exact idea!

10000000/ 10 would recommend for anyone that has ever been born! (literally, we all went through some hard stuff that day and perhaps have inhibitions because of it.)

Hey mama, enjoy a 🌅 beautiful sunset like this with hope, knowing you’re about to get a goodnight sleep for the first time in a looooong time.
Instead of waking up 7 times that night with a 👶🏽 toddler/baby that won’t stay asleep. 💤
