📏 Protein intake: One size doesn't fit all! Find out how much protein you really need based on your goals. 💪

Healthy Protein Power Bowl 🥦🍗🥚
Ingredients:
🍗 Grilled chicken breast, sliced
🥦 Steamed broccolini
🥕 Steamed or roasted carrot sticks
🥚 Hard-boiled eggs, halved
🧆 Cooked chickpeas
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Grill or pan-sear chicken breast with a pinch of salt and pepper until cooked through.
2. Steam broccolini and carrots until tender-crisp.
3. Boil eggs to your desired doneness, then peel and halve.
4. Warm chickpeas and season lightly.
5. Assemble all components in a bowl in sections.
6. Season with cracked black pepper or a drizzle of olive oil, if desired.
