Reading is healing.
Running is healing.
When my nervous system feels loud,
when my thoughts feel heavy,
when sitting still feels impossible…

I move.
And movement becomes my meditation ❤️‍🩹

All jokes aside, meeting clients where they are is where the real work truly begins.❤️‍🩹

Muchos de nosotros vamos a terapia
no porque estamos “rotos”
sino porque somos los únicos dispuestos a sanar.

Healing changes relationship dynamics.
And that can be uncomfortable… but necessary.❤️‍🩹

No permitas que ninguna situación te haga creer que no puedes convertirte en tu mejor versión. Que el dolor de hoy sea el motor que te lleve a levantarte y reconstruirte 🫀✨

Never underestimate a woman who does everything with fear… and still does it.

Coffee without sugar.
Water even when she’s not thirsty.
Running even when she’s tired.

And in between all of that
finding the strength to return to herself.

Healing isn’t about being fearless.
It’s about showing up anyway.
Listening to your body.
Choosing yourself.
Again and again.

Hazlo con miedo 🫀

Maybe the point isn’t to shrink your feelings… it’s to expand your capacity to hold them.

More present. More connected. More honest with ourselves. More alive.

So much of life teaches us to numb, push it down, stay busy, “be strong,” keep going. But healing often asks for the opposite: to slow down and look inward. To listen to what your body has been holding. To notice the patterns you keep repeating. To get curious about the parts of you that learned to survive.

Healing isn’t just “getting over it.”
It’s learning how to be with yourself with compassion, with softness, with accountability.
It’s doing the inner work when no one is clapping for you.
It’s choosing you… again and again.

If you’re in a season where you feel a lot
that doesn’t mean you’re failing.
It might mean you’re finally coming home to yourself.

Reflection prompts:
• What am I avoiding feeling right now?
• What is my body trying to tell me?
• What part of me needs care, not criticism?
• What would it look like to support myself the way I support everyone else?

You don’t have to heal perfectly. You just have to keep showing up gently, honestly, consistently. 🫀

If you’ve been curious about cold plunging, consider this your sign. DM meee🫀✨

It’s not about “toughing it out” it’s about training your nervous system to stay grounded in discomfort and come back to calm.

Start simple:
• 30–60 seconds
• slow, steady breaths
• focus on a long exhale
• warm up after with a walk

Your body is stronger than you think. 🤍

This is your sign to take the next step, even if it’s a small one 🫀✨

My word for 2026: RELEASE 🤍

Every January for the past 5 years, I pick one word and let it lead. Not a resolution, just one clear intention I can return to again and again. It helps me stay grounded, set boundaries, and make choices that support my nervous system and my healing.

This year, I’m releasing:
- what I’ve been carrying that was never mine
- the need to overexplain, overdo, or prove
- old stories that keep me stuck
- guilt for choosing myself
- anything that costs me my peace

More space. More softness. More truth.

What’s your word for 2026? 👇🏽

When you’ve lived in survival mode, you can confuse chaos for connection.

Therapy helps you relearn what safe people feel like: consistent, respectful, emotionally available.

Let’s normalize this: outgrowing spaces where you have to shrink to belong.
