What an incredible week at At Home Staffing💙

We’re so grateful to be actively involved in our community and to support the organizations that support us.

We kicked things off at a fantastic Tri-City Regional Chamberr event, celebrating local businesses and leaders. We also had the pleasure of attending the Kadlec Foundation breakfast—an inspiring morning recognizing their incredible accomplishments and learning more about their exciting plans for the future.

Our co-owner, Angelica Torres, had an amazing experience at the Empowering Experiences Summit event, where she was invited on stage for an impromptu speaking opportunity. Her passion and insight continue to inspire us all every day!

We also proudly launched our “Bottom Blessings” campaign! We celebrated by delivering essential baby wipes to Elijah Family Homes, and a huge thank you to our friend Buzz for generously donating Pampers and wipes to kick off our Pamper Drive! Bottom Blessings is now in full gear! We’re excited to share these donations with both Elijah Family Homes and New Horizons High School.

🧷 We are currently accepting Pampers (all sizes, including pull-ups) now through May 4th! at 309 Bradley Blvd, Suite 125, Richland, WA!

Honoring the founders behind At Home Staffing on International Women's Day!

A Friendship Fueled by Purpose:

At the heart of At Home Staffing, a trusted in-home healthcare service, are two dynamic women whose story is as inspiring as the care they provide. Ana Bucio and Angelica Torres have been inseparable since 7th grade, two driven individuals who, even as teens, recognized something special in each other. Over the years, that friendship blossomed into a powerful professional partnership grounded in shared values, unwavering work ethic, and a deep passion for helping others.

Their journey into healthcare began as caregivers, where they found purpose in supporting others during their most vulnerable times. Pushing each other to grow, they both pursued nursing school and achieved their credentials together, never losing sight of their mission.

Though their careers took them to separate workplaces, their conversations continued to center around the challenges within the healthcare system and their desire to do more, and do better.
It wasn’t long before they realized they could create something of their own—an organization built on integrity, collaboration, and excellence. To make their dream a reality, Ana and Angelica took a leap of faith, left their jobs, and became traveling nurses to accelerate their savings. Within a year, At Home Staffing was born.

Today, At Home Staffing proudly employs nearly 70 staff members, offering a wide range of in-home care services—from light housekeeping and companionship to wound and drain care, skilled nursing, and hospice support. The company continues to grow, built on the same principles that have guided Ana and Angelica since day one: compassion, teamwork, and quality care without compromise.

Their story is a testament to what can be accomplished with vision, courage, and a commitment to community. At Home Staffing isn’t just a business; it’s a labor of love, led by two women who turned friendship into a legacy of care.
