🦋Every now & then events around the world and in our community my SELF care needs a bit more CARE.

As a massage therapist my purpose is to help others feel better. In order to do my best for you and others in a session is to take extra care of myself too, which has become my favorite thing to do ;)

I may not be able to prevent tragic events and I may not be able to erase pain like I wish I could. I can take care of me and in return ripple outward healing energy into the world.

Some days or weeks are tougher than others. At La Luna Wellness Studio, my wish is for people to enter a sanctuary, leave feeling better then rippling good vibes out into the world.
