Why My Facial Sculpting Training Is 5 Days — Not 1

Designed for Estheticians & Massage Therapists

As licensed professionals, you already know that the face is complex — it’s not just skin. It’s fascia, muscles, fluid pathways, nerves, and rhythm. True facial sculpting requires an understanding of how all of these systems work together. That’s why this course is intentionally taught over 5 immersive days, rather than being rushed into a single-day class.

Over five days, we take the time to deeply explore:

• Facial anatomy — so every movement has purpose and protects your client
• The lymphatic system — to support detoxification, swelling reduction, and inflammation
• The glymphatic system — the brain’s unique drainage pathway that affects facial puffiness and tension
• Slow Sculpt & Fast Sculpt techniques — when to use them, why, and how to tailor them safely
• Hands-on practice with guidance — building your skill, intuition, and confidence
• Lifetime post-class support — so you never feel alone in your learning

This training is built for practitioners who care about results and client safety. A one-day class simply doesn’t allow enough time for true integration, assessment, repetition, and real-world application. My goal is not for you to memorize movements — but to understand the science behind them and embody the technique in your hands.

Because at the end of the day, your clients trust you. And returning to them fully trained, educated, and confident matters.

And here’s the truth —
taking only part of the training is like sculpting only half a face.
You leave with gaps instead of mastery. So it’s now required to take Intermediate and the Advanced portion of my course. Your clients deserve it.

This 5-day format ensures you graduate with complete knowledge, refined touch, professional confidence, and ongoing mentorship for life. That way, you can safely offer transformational results — grounded in anatomy, technique, and care.

🎅 Santa Claus Is Coming to Town… so let’s get moving! 🎶

When you dance, bounce, stretch, or sway to your favorite Christmas songs, you’re doing more than spreading holiday cheer — you’re helping your lymphatic system do its job 💫

Unlike your heart, the lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump. It needs movement to keep things flowing. So every jingle-jump, shoulder shimmy, and joyful twist helps your body detox, reduce puffiness, and boost immunity — just in time for the holidays.

So press play on Santa Claus Is Coming to Town, move your body with joy, and let that lymph flow ✨
Because this season, the best gift you can give your body.. is movement ❤️🎄

I don’t just do facials.
I create experiences that transform.

Yes, I know skin. Almost 2 decades of treating it, studying it, listening to it. That part is instinctual.
But what truly lights me up is the treatment itself.

My facials are intentional and intuitive. Often slow, ceremonial, deeply present. And at times, purposeful and dynamic—because the body doesn’t release through one rhythm alone.
Fascia responds to contrast.

Sometimes it softens through stillness, sustained touch, and slow, grounding movements. Other times it needs quicker, more active techniques to unwind holding patterns, stimulate circulation, and encourage real release—physically and emotionally.
The nervous system leads the way.

When it feels safe, breath deepens, lymph moves, and long-held tension in the jaw, brow, neck, and face begins to melt. Emotions can surface and pass. Energy shifts. The body remembers how to let go.

I work beyond the surface—into flow, fascia, circulation, and presence. With plants, intuition, and careful listening. Every session is different because every body is different.

What I witness never gets old. Faces soften. Skin changes because the system underneath is supported. People leave not just glowing, but grounded, open, and more themselves.

This is the work I love.

Intentional. Responsive. Transformative.

See you for your next facial 🤍

Love,

Jen 🫶🏻

✨ What Is “Wound Healing Mode” in Microneedling? (And Why You Shouldn’t Scab!) ✨

Microneedling creates tiny micro-injuries that switch your skin into wound healing mode — your body’s natural way of repairing and renewing itself.

1️⃣ Inflammation (Day 1–3):
Your skin boosts blood flow and sends growth factors to repair the tiny channels. Redness = normal.

2️⃣ Proliferation (Day 3–10):
Fresh collagen, elastin, and new skin cells start building. This is where the glow begins.

3️⃣ Remodeling (Week 3–12+):
Collagen strengthens and smooths your texture, softens scars, and firms your skin.

But Here’s the Key: You Should NOT Scab ❌

Microneedling creates channels, not deep wounds — so scabbing is not expected and usually means:

Your technique was too aggressive
The needles were too long
The skin wasn’t properly hydrated
Or your aftercare is too harsh

Scabbing slows healing, increases the risk of hyperpigmentation, and can lead to scarring — the opposite of what we want.

Microneedling should leave you pink, plump, and glowing, not scabby.

Why we stimulate the frontalis muscle during lymphatic drainage

The frontalis muscle, located across the forehead, plays a key role in facial tension, expression, and circulation.

By gently activating and releasing this area, we help support the natural lymphatic pathways that encourage drainage from the forehead, eyes, and upper face.

Benefits of frontalis stimulation:

Reduces puffiness in the upper face

Improves lymphatic flow, helping move stagnation

Softens forehead tension, often caused by stress
Boosts circulation, giving the skin a healthier glow

Enhances overall relaxation, allowing deeper release through the rest of the face
