Allergy season doesn’t just affect your sinuses, it can slow down your entire lymphatic system, leading to puffiness, congestion, and fatigue.
During this session, The Detox Hour, I focused on one side of the face using intentional lymphatic drainage techniques to stimulate flow, reduce stagnation, and support the body’s natural detox pathways.
The lymphatic system doesn’t have its own pump, so it relies on gentle, targeted movement to do its job effectively.
My detox hour is more than just relaxation, it’s purposeful care for your body.
For this specific person, I combined:
✨ Pressure point therapy to open lymph pathways
✨ Manual lymphatic drainage to guide fluid movement
✨ Lymphatic brushing to stimulate circulation
✨ Gua sha to release fascia and reduce tension
✨ Silicone cupping to encourage drainage (very different from traditional glass cupping)
Each method works together to help decrease inflammation, reduce facial puffiness, and support immune function especially important during allergy season.
When your lymph is flowing, your body feels lighter, your skin looks clearer, and your system functions more efficiently.
You don’t have to suffer through seasonal congestion, your body just needs the right support.
