Build strength and tighten you core with side plank.Start in plank position, take feet out wider than hip distance apart...

Build strength and tighten you core with side plank.

Start in plank position, take feet out wider than hip distance apart and roll over onto right side of feet. In the process take the weight into your right hand and extend your left hand to the sky. Look up or forward. Want to make it harder? Take your arem over head or lift your left leg up.

Be sure to repeat on your left side.
