Many people never expect to become preoccupied with food, develop horrible digestion, binge on food, lose their period, and become even more body-focused when they start a diet...

What may start as an "innocent diet" can end up falling into the rabbit hole of food obsession that seems near impossible to come back out of.

Every client I have worked with, including both clinical and non-clinical, have experienced at least 3-4 of the side effects of chronic dieting.

Under-eating leaves you tired and hungry and creates the perfect storm of binge eating at night.

Every client I work with is surprised when I give them a calorie goal that is significantly higher than what they currently eat and what they think they can eat. Some think they can fool me by continuing on their self-destructive path of under-eating. But those who trust me to teach them how to eat to actually nourish their bodies see their energy return, their sleep improve, their body composition improve and aches and pains disappear.
