Many of our patients are inquiring about Covid-19 (Corona Virus) and have concerns. I have added a link to the Benton Franklin Health Department that can help answer questions you might have.

If you feel like you are sick or have flu like symptoms please call the office prior to coming in. We have staff that can help over the phone and give you direction if needed.

When you do come into the office for your appointments, please limit your guests to one for the safety of our staff and our patients, Thank you.

A single case of novel coronavirus has been found in a man from Snohomish County who recently returned from Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China. There are no cases reported in Benton or Franklin Counties.

Comfort in pregnancy? These two words don’t seem right together. We all know how important it is for ourselves and our babies to sleep, but HOW?

1️⃣Trimester your uterus still fits nicely into your pelvis, no sleeping restrictions, feel free to toss and turn.
2️⃣3️⃣ Trimester is when it’s important to know safe sleeping positions. There are major blood vessels sandwiched between your uterus and spine. As your uterus grows bigger and heavier it can compress them and Impede blood flow when you lay on your back. Stay off your back!
