Healing rarely happens alone. Somewhere along the way, someone probably showed up—listened, encouraged, or helped you keep going when things felt difficult.
Who has supported your healing journey? Tag them or share a few words about what their support has meant to you.

As the holidays approach, it’s common to feel a mix of excitement and stress. Family gatherings, travel, and disrupted routines can all bring up difficult emotions.
Here are a few gentle reminders:
🌿 You’re allowed to set boundaries.
🌿 It’s okay to step away and take a break.
🌿 You don’t have to attend every event to be loved or valued.
You’re allowed to protect your peace, even during the holidays.

If you’ve been wondering whether weekly therapy is enough, it might be helpful to look at how your symptoms are impacting your daily life.
You may benefit from a higher level of care if:
- Your symptoms make work, school, or relationships difficult to manage.
- You need more structure or daily support to maintain stability.
Our Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient programs provide additional layers of care for those needing more consistent therapeutic and medical support.
If you’re unsure where you fit, a complimentary consultation can help you find the right level of care for your needs.
