Congratulations to Jennifer Lippincott, Nursing Supervisor at Meadow Glen at Phoebe Richland, on being a 2025 President’s Award winner!

Each year, Phoebe Ministries recognizes staff members who go above and beyond to serve the Phoebe community with the President’s Award. Jennifer has been with Phoebe for 23 years, starting as a nurse aide and working her way up to become a dedicated nursing supervisor. She leads by example, holding herself to high standards that inspire her team, and shows kindness and care to residents, families, and coworkers alike.
