Carrie didn’t.

Instead, we adjusted the program and kept her progressing while she continues to work with her physical therapist.

That meant modifying angles, adjusting loading, and selecting movements that allow her to keep building strength without aggravating the issue.

This is how training should work.

Injuries don’t automatically mean you stop.

A great weekend with great motivated clients. It’s always great to see all the time, studying and hard work pay off in the real world. When clients tell us thank you when they thoughts they were stuck. Not on my watch. Hard work, no excuses and determination have always worked. It’s a Sunday. G and I have done 16 programs, 2 follow up check in calls with clients because Monday you need us. Never a question. Balance…. :)
