A snow day is the perfect opportunity to slow down and focus on YOU! Here are a few ways to nurture your body and mind while staying warm inside:

1️⃣ Stretch it Out: Keep your muscles loose with gentle stretches or yoga. It’s a great way to combat stiffness from shoveling or lounging indoors.

2️⃣ Warm Up with Heat: Grab a heating pad or take a warm bath to soothe tired muscles and melt away tension.

3️⃣ Hydrate & Nourish: Don’t forget to drink water and enjoy a cozy herbal tea. Snow days are perfect for comfort foods and nourishing soups.

4️⃣ Self-Massage: Use your hands or a foam roller to gently work out any knots, especially in your neck, shoulders, and lower back.
