Please join us in welcoming Stephany to the JRBS team! 🎉

Stephany has been a BCBA/LBA since 2019 and has worked in the ABA field since 2018. She discovered Applied Behavior Analysis while studying psychology at Liberty University and quickly became passionate about the science of behavior and supporting individuals through meaningful, person-centered services. Stephany later earned her master’s degree in psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University while working as an RBT in an ABA clinic. During COVID, she also completed an MBA with a concentration in leadership from Southern New Hampshire University.

Stephany brings experience across clinic, home, and telehealth settings and is excited to support individuals, families, and care teams through therapeutic consultation.

We’re especially excited to share that Stephany will be servicing our Lynchburg area, helping expand access to in-person therapeutic consultation services for individuals and providers in that community.

Outside of work, Stephany enjoys reading, writing, binge-watching shows and movies, and trying new foods.

Michelle is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a passion for compassionate, individualized care. With a background in special education and experience across home and clinic settings, she’s dedicated to helping children build meaningful skills and supporting families every step of the way.

She will be servicing families in Stafford, Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, and Woodbridge — and we’re so excited for the impact she’ll make in these communities!

When she’s not making a difference in the ABA world, you can find her hiking, camping, baking, or enjoying the outdoors. 🌿🥾
