I realize the biggest factors in my return to form right now is two simple things. Consistency and permission. I keep showing up for myself. The gym has become a happy place for a number of factors. But it wouldn't work if I hadn't given myself permission to focus some more time on me. Not rush out for work. Yes permission. No guilt. Show up for you or you can't show up for anyone else.
