She's back. Music motivating. Challenge increasing. It has been a while since I have been on the squat rack. Fear of hurting my knees. So, i went back to basics. Scaled the weight back and focused on form. I am not close to my max weight but am feeling stronger every time. Don't be afraid to start over. Sometimes we have to come apart so that we can rebuild bigger and better. No more mindless weight machines for me. I am going into this new year making small changes to get my muscle back. In the moment. Locked in on form. Building a better me, once and for all. It's good to be back.
