Stephanie is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist. She is currently obtaining her doctorate in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health. Stephanie has been a licensed therapist since 2018 and was a former educator for 17 years. Stephanie has been living with T1D since 1984 and has a son who has been living with T1D since 2015. Stephanie specializes in child centered play therapy, child-parent relationship therapy and T1D mental health. Stephanie has presented at various T1D events and has appeared before the Texas Diabetes Council to advocate for T1D and mental health in the state of Texas.
