Somerset PACE celebrated St. Patrick’s Day by participating in Somerset’s 14th Annual Shamrock Shuffle 5K. We had 3 employees that completed the race and others that supported as spectators while engaging with the community!

Employees at the Horizon PACE center in Somerset are looking out for the community. Ashlee, Marketing and Chelsea, OT delivered some snacks and drinks to local SKRECC and Highway Road department crews to provide them with some grab and go snacks during the long days ahead as they prepped and worked through the Ice storm.

We are so incredibly grateful to everyone who took a tag from the Horizon PACE Angel Tree and blessed our senior citizens with thoughtful gifts. The joy and smiles on their faces was heartwarming. 🎄

Our Angel Tree is officially up for Horizon PACE at Christmas Tree Alley. Many of them will not receive a Christmas gift without the generosity of others, so this is a wonderful opportunity to give and show our seniors that they are loved and remembered. ❤️

🎁 Purchase some of the ideas listed on the tag
