Our Angel Tree is officially up for Horizon PACE at Christmas Tree Alley. Many of them will not receive a Christmas gift without the generosity of others, so this is a wonderful opportunity to give and show our seniors that they are loved and remembered. ❤️

How to Participate:
🎄 Pick a tag from the Angel Tree
🫶🏼Each tag includes information about one of our seniors
🎁 Purchase some of the ideas listed on the tag
📦 Return the tag and the gift back to Horizon PACE

Your kindness can make a meaningful difference in someone’s holiday season. Let’s come together and share the warmth, compassion, and spirit of Christmas with our local seniors.

At Horizon PACE, we love and appreciate our nurses, and we were thrilled to celebrate with those serving across our coverage area this past week.

We had over 180 attendees at yesterday’s Senior Prom! This event is truly special for our whole community—many experienced a prom for the very first time. Huge thanks to everyone who helped make it happen!
