A Reflection of my session: A Walk with the Divine Mother💫
Be present, be intentional and live from the heart🤍
Think for a moment, of all of the demands of the day, of this beautiful, messy life. Think of all of the distractions that require your time, and your talent, and your energy. Now, ask yourself if you are approaching each task, whether it is a physical task or interpersonal task, with a grounded, centered, and organized energy so that you can handle it in a very thoughtful, intentional manner? Are you approaching each task throughout your day, giving it the attention, the energy that it needs? In other words, is your effort in each task optimal? More times than not, our energy, our thought patterns, and our skill set to approach each task, are scattered at best and we are only giving partial effort to the tasks that come along.
What I have found in doing a session with Audra, is you are re-centering your time, talents, and energy, in an incredibly organized or synchronized manner. An alignment with your higher self, your best version. I found that days and sometimes weeks after a session with Audra, I maintained that same centered, optimal source of higher energy to pull from and to approach the tasks of the day with peace and intention. As the distractions and the requirements come along and I begin to feel that I am getting unfocused or overwhelmed, I am able to reach back and practice parts of the session to remain very thoughtful and intentional in handling them. The energy increases, the peace increases, and I have found that doing this on a regular basis is incredibly beneficial and inspiring.
