Is knee pain limiting your life?

Do you find yourself skipping walks with your family or choosing not to go to the gym because you woke up in pain?

Have you tried other things without success and have given up hope of being pain free?

Our clients come to us feeling the same way. One in particular, a former college football player who had had 3 major knee surgeries that ended football for him, came feeling the same way, but with hope that he could feel better.

After his first visit he felt improvement and made several more appointments so we could help him peel back the layers of restrictions he had built up after being in pain for ten years. His knees felt good enough after a few visits that he decided to let us tackle a long standing head/neck issue that he had ignored.

Myofascial release can help you get back to enjoying the activities you love and being the best version of yourself. It just takes you making the first appointment and some time.

Jordan has been practicing at Exhale Myofascial Release RVA for 18 months now and recently achieved intermediate level as a therapist (meaning she's taking quite a few classes). She is incredibly intuitive and highly skilled and that's not just my opinion. Take a look at our reviews. Or better yet, make an appointment. You won't regret it.

Jordan is spending the week in New York taking two more myofascial release continuing education courses.

Education is important to Exhale MFR. Jordan and I not only take multiple classes a year but we train on a monthly basis.

We not only talk about our clients but how we can improve their outcomes.

When you see one of us, you receive the benefits of our teamwork. And if you can make it work to see both of us, even better.

Make an appointment and find out what it's like to work with us and to receive myofascial release.

Even better Jordan has a couple of openings on labor day, making it easier if you have the day off.

Three years ago I my client Sue came to me with plantar fasciitis. After 12 treatments she reported that she felt much better and we said our goodbyes. She came back a few months later with a different pain that we addressed and resolved and then she again went on her way.

Somewhere along the way she started seeing me twice a month or so but we couldn't quite keep her out of pain. I recommended personal training and the combination of strength training and nearly two years of myofascial release led her to the moment last summer.

Pain doesn't have to be a daily visitor.

Nor does living a limited life as a by product of pain.

There is another way.

Choose myofascial release and find out what your future looks like without pain.

Sue did and so can you.

It leads to change that is lasting.
