We are so thrilled to be able to share in the AHA Women of Impact campaigns! Women are currently 80% less likely to receive CPR/AED use during SCA, and their cardiac symptoms are often discounted and not followed up on. Let’s change these statistics and behaviors and save more lives!!

Everyone be safe, be warm, and be prepared this weekend!! Stock pile some water at home (but don’t empty store shelves), have easy cold foods (nut butter, jelly, crackers), and if the temperature OUTSIDE is freezing, you can use the outdoors as a cold place and keep the fridge closed!

Been seeing a trend floating around of folks using 🍩donuts🍩 to help everyone understand how to read their winter weather❄🌨....we thought we'd give er a whirl....not sure if this is accurate or not, but it seems legit....IDK? 🤷‍♂️
