We have built our practice on building relationships. About 70% of our business comes via referral. We have built this way by intention. We refer out daily to complementary providers. No one does it all. It takes all of us working together to improve the outcomes for those we see.

Even if your calendar is full of appointments for the coming months, are you doing what’s best for your clients/patients? Are you helping them find treatment for needs you can not meet? If not, we need to talk!

One word for Coach Tibbs - STRONG 💪🏽🏋🏻‍♀️.

Coach Tibbs of crushed her recent testing with us. Her excellent results across the board are evidence of all the years of hard work she’s put in. Lean mass levels through the roof! Not to mention that Excellent VO2max result 😏.

Megan has been doing CrossFit for 12 years, started coaching in 2018 and has her level 2 cert. Her goal is to be as healthy and independent as long as possible.
