I started this agency 3 years ago with a vision to empower clients to utilize therapy as a means to work through areas of internal conflict, find meaning, and obtain clarity despite struggling with chronic illness, and other emotional needs. My vision remains the same as i look forward to more years serving those in need.

"What or who do i need to re-evaluate in my life." These are just some options. Check-in on your people. You do not have to give advice! Sometimes your presence or a listening ear is enough. We can make differences in small gestures just as much as we can in grand ones. I love my people!

I carry various roles as a clinician and advocate for the clients that I serve. The correlation between chronic illness and mental health is significant and my goal in working with those who battle the two daily is to be educated in various ways. Today was a great day for me to enhance my knowledge on Kidney Transplant and breaking down barriers.
