I’m officially a certified Katonah Yoga teacher!

I still find it hard to describe this esoteric hatha and breathwork practice, but it has seeped into my teaching and my being over the last couple of years. It’s blown open my understanding of yoga and somatic movement as a poetic, practical framework for life - and I feel sharper, more honest and imaginative, and more determined than ever to share practices that help people feel at home in themselves.

This practice invites us into integrity and intelligence, to joy, intuition, and liberation. It’s a practice of longevity and commitment.

I’m beyond grateful to my teachers, to Nevine for your brilliance, to this community. I’m proud of this one.

Life lately: snuggles, beauty, exploration, commitment, and mindblowing wisdom. May brought a hard won graduation, challenges in teaching and processing tough feedback, connections and commitments to authenticity and trusting my own voice, lots of family time, lots of learning, and so much gratitude.

I'm so excited to be launching a new program with .h.coaching: Rooted & Rising, a 4-month group coaching program for managers and changemakers.

This work is about practice. It’s about returning, again and again, to what matters most, and this cohort offers support and strategy to help you find and cultivate your own leadership capacity.

The next Rooted & Rising cohort begins in March, and we’d love for you (or someone you know) to join us. Oh - and it's remote, so participants don't need to be in Richmond.
