Last post we highlighted a “why” behind leaking with impact.
Here is a different example of a completely different “why”.
This mom has shortness and clenching in her rear / posterior pelvic floor.
Dr. Jenna devised a exercise to work on lengthening what is tight (rear pelvic floor and glutes) and strengthen what’s is weak (front pelvic floor and front core).
A broomstick helps the mama get rid of old movement habits that are contributing to her leaking (it makes it much harder for her!)!
