Cierra is a natural in her role as an RBT. She shows up with compassion everyday. She cares for each child she works with and genuinely connects with them. It is a joy to have Cierra on our team and watch her help her clients grow each and every day! 💙

Cierra shares, “my favorite part about being an RBT is getting to see meaningful progress in the individuals I work with. Even small wins can make a huge difference, and it’s incredibly rewarding to be part of that growth and help build skills that improve everyday life. I also really value the 1:1 connections I’m able to build with my clients, those relationships make the work even more meaningful and allow me to better support their individual needs.”

A few fun facts about Cierra are that she got engaged on the Pyramids in Mexico and she’s never broken a bone! 💍

In her free time you can find her spending time with her daughter usually outdoors playing with chalk, riding her bicycle, or taking walks with their dog 🚲💖🐶

Kylee has a natural ability to connect with her clients. She is always working to find meaningful ways to establish rapport, engage and make her sessions fun with her clients and their preferred activities! Her dedication to building relationships with her clients and families shines through in the work she does.
She is always eager to seek out knowledge to continue to grow and learn to better support the clients she serves. Her passion and commitment make a lasting impact on both her clients and our team!

Kylee shares that watching clients grow, reach new milestones, and celebrate every achievement along the way is what makes this work so meaningful. Seeing that progress firsthand is not only rewarding—it’s a reminder of why she loves what she does every single day 💙

A huge congratulations is also in order—she’s graduating this May with her Bachelor’s in Psychology and will be starting graduate school in August to become a BCBA! 🎓👏

Outside of work, you can find her going on walks, spending time with friends, and exploring new restaurants and foods—always up for trying something new! 🍽️

Sometimes the most meaningful progress happens in the joyful, in-between moments 🤍

It’s in the laughter, the shared joy, and the genuine connection you see reflected in the faces of those learning and those teaching. Our RBTs meet each client where they are, creating moments that feel safe, fun, and full of trust.

Because when a child is truly enjoying the interaction you can see it—and you can feel it. And so can we 💙

These are the moments that matter most.

Riley is a valuable asset to our team. She is always a team player and can jump into any session and seem as though she has been working with that kid for a long time. Riley is an incredibly talented RBT and we are so beyond grateful for her.

Riley shared that watching clients grow and gain independence each day is what makes this role so rewarding 💙 “Those moments when a client independently tells me they want something are the best—I have to try so hard not to celebrate out loud!”

A fun fact about Riley is that she is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis to become a BCBA 🎓 She says she is so excited to continue growing in this field and making a difference!

Outside of work, Riley loves crafting and spending time with her family and friends.🎨🖍️💖
