Our Mardi Gras float parade was absolutely amazing—full of fun, laughter, and incredible creativity! 🎉🎭 We had twice as many float entries this year, and watching everyone’s ideas come to life was truly inspiring. Everyone’s spirit and enthusiasm made the day so special. We’re already excited and busy planning for next year’s parade—can’t wait to do it all over again!

A huge thank you to the Katy FFA students for these absolutely beautiful flower arrangements, brought to us by the Legacy Buyers Group, who continue to support FFA in Katy and help these students succeed. 🌸
The bouquets are brightening up Town Hall and spaces all around our building, and they truly made our day. Thank you so much for thinking of us and sharing your talents with our community—we are so grateful! 💖

💙 A Beautiful Start to Something Special! 💙
This morning we welcomed a sweet Girl Scout, Serena, who is leading a technology project as part of earning her Girl Scouts Silver Award. She began teaching our seniors how to better use their phones, adjust settings to meet their needs, and enjoy fun games like Wordle! She’s doing an amazing job organizing and leading others, and the residents are loving it.
✨ This project will take place every Sunday at 9:45 AM, and we can’t wait to see how it continues to grow and bring generations together.

From Girl Scouts crafting flowers with our residents to a joyful visit from the children at Children's Lighthouse, these intergenerational moments filled our community with smiles and heart. ❤️ Bringing generations together reminds us that love, kindness, and connection truly have no age.

Now dubbed “Legacy Beer,” their creation is ready for fellow residents to enjoy. Cheers to patience, teamwork, and trying something new! 🍺⏳

Yesterday, we celebrated National Pizza Day by making our own pizza in Connections! 🍕🥰 We used our favorite pepperoni and enjoyed feeling the texture of the dough while chatting about living a good life—because sometimes, you just want pizza whenever you want! One of our residents shared a touching story about her family member who owns a pizza parlor, reminiscing about the fond memories around pizza and good times. Her stories made the day even more special. 🎉🍕
