Henrico Prevention Services is proud to join the statewide Gift Responsibly campaign. Lottery tickets are never appropriate gifts for children… and we’re committed to helping families make safe, healthy choices this holiday season. 🎁💙

Please help us spread the word to your family, friends and community. Then like and follow our page for more messaging throughout the month.

This year, a record-breaking number of participants have registered to be a part of the Gift Responsibly / Too Young to Bet Campaign, with over 230 participants signed on to help raise awareness about the risks of underage gambling.

For the eighth consecutive year, 100% of eligible US and Canadian lotteries have registered for the campaign, ensuring that a responsible gifting message is present during the holiday season.

Henrico Prevention showed up for life-saving work.

On Nov 13th we partnered with VA DBHDS to deliver REVIVE overdose response training at the Governor’s Office during a ceremony highlighting progress in Virginia, including a reported 57% drop in opioid overdoses, and amplifying the Attorney General’s One Pill Can Kill and the First Lady’s It Only Takes One campaigns.

Fifteen new lifesavers trained, naloxone distributed, real conversations about substance use prevention, treatment, and recovery. Grateful for our partners and everyone who chose to learn a skill that can save a life. Want REVIVE for your team? DM us to schedule.
