I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and families through Telehealth. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where young clients feel comfortable expressing themselves, building skills, and working through challenges in a way that feels natural and engaging. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, meaning I believe each child and family has unique strengths and the ability to grow when they feel understood and supported. I also incorporate elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help children and teens develop practical skills for managing emotions, coping with stress, and improving relationships. With younger children.
