I had a lovely conversation with writer Alaina Wong-Canissario for her article about dining out with food allergies. She wrote a great piece for Richmond Family Magazine that is both educational and empathetic!

Managing a child's food allergies, especially when dining out, requires preparation, clear communication, and vigilance. With growing awareness and more allergy-safe practices in restaurants, families can enjoy meals outside the home while prioritizing safety.

My RVA Allergy girls spoiled me for my birthday 🎂 last week 💚💚💚. What an awesome little work family we have. We enjoyed some treats 🍩 and my kids especially enjoyed the giant balloon until…. (last slide). Should come down in the next few weeks, right? 🎈

We celebrated the birthday of the one and only Kristin last week! 🎂. We had a fun lunch and cake. She is very important to me and RVA Allergy. I am grateful for her every day 🥰❤️🎉.

We celebrated Beverly’s birthday recently! 🎉🎂🥳. She is our newest team member. You may have met her in our shot room or clinic. We had a nice lunch and fruit tart treat 🍓🍰. Happy birthday to Beverly! We are so glad she’s part of our team. 💚💚💚

We celebrated Colleen and baby #2 last week! We had a nice lunch and treats with presents. Of course, I took no pictures of the beautiful mama or the actual shower 🫠. We are very excited for her!! 💗💗💗
