✨ Meet Natalie ✨Instructor at The Shed
Natalie is a Pilates instructor with her comprehensive certification in Mat, Reformer, and Cadillac. She discovered Pilates during the pandemic through online mat classes and quickly became captivated by the mind-body connection and the way Pilates deepens your understanding of your own strength. With a lifelong belief that fitness is not a destination but a continuous journey, Natalie sees movement as a way to consistently learn, grow, and evolve. After relocating from Chicago to Richmond, Natalie found that same sense of belonging and purpose at The Shed. Her goal is to create a welcoming and empowering space for all bodies and experience levels. Natalie’s classes are dynamic and challenging, rooted in classical principles but infused with contemporary and thoughtful variations. She emphasizes form, core strength, and fluid transitions, encouraging each client to tune in, work hard, and feel good in their body.
