Is TRUST a feeling or an action to you? 🤨

To me, trust is the feeling of confidence and dependability in someone or something which influences the attitude we have towards that person or thing.

Because feelings/emotions are responses to events that happen around us or inside of us, we may not always feel trust. Even though the feeling may not be present I believe trust can be restored. It starts within you. 🦋

Anybody else ever had your plans interrupted?! 🙋🏽‍♀️

It can be heartbreaking, frustrating, and uncomfortable.

Personally, I would rather things stay calculated, planned as scheduled, and predictable. 😃 Then I faced the reality that life is not set up that way. Change is inevitable. It is a constant. Things were designed to CHANGE.
