What a wonderful day at Brookfield Healthcare Center in Brookfield, Missouri! Pastor Paul filled the halls with uplifting music, while Mckinnize and Christal brought sweet treats and big smiles. Residents joined in with singing, dancing, and laughter, it was truly a celebration of connection and care.

Our hearts are full after sharing these beautiful moments. At Shirkey Hospice and Palliative Care, we are continually blessed by the joy and spirit of the residents we serve.

🎶 Sweet Sounds & Sweeter Moments at Pioneer Rehab! 🎶

What a fun day at Pioneer Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing in Marceline, MO! Pastor Paul led a joyful sing-along filled with music, smiles, and clapping hands, while Christal and McKenzie brought the sweet treats and warm hugs.

Residents joined in—singing, swaying, and soaking up the positive energy. Huge thanks to Activity Director Tabatha for helping create such a vibrant and uplifting afternoon. We always love our time at Pioneer!

This week was filled with music, smiles, and so much joy. 🎶

Our hospice chaplain, Pastor Paul, spent time bringing live music to residents at Brunswick Nursing Home, playing guitar and singing songs that had both residents and staff clapping along and soaking up every moment. The energy in the room was contagious, and it was clear just how much the music meant to everyone there.

We also visited Hillcrest Nursing Home, where the fun continued. Staff were dancing down the halls, residents were singing along, and every song felt brighter and more alive with Pastor Paul leading the way.

Moments like these remind us how powerful music can be — lifting spirits, creating connection, and filling hallways with happiness. We’re grateful to share these experiences with such wonderful communities and can’t wait to share photos from Hillcrest soon.
