Hello!
Here are some answers to some recent questions we have recieved:
1) Do you close for snow/weather?
If we have a weather closure (this will be rare since we are set up for remote visits) we will announce it via automated call/text through our medical record system.
2) I have an appointment scheduled, but I see the office is closed do I need to reschedule?
When posting closures, this is mainly for the physical office for medication pick ups and labs.
With all of our appointments being virtual, even if we are closed part of the week, we usually readjust days that we work so no one is late on their medication.
If you have an appointment scheduled, we will always honor what is scheduled unless under unpreventable circumstances we contact you to reschedule.
3) Can you switch out medication?
We cannot take back any injections and switch them for another injection type.
We do offer 1/2 month medication so it is possible if you are new to a medication to only get 2 weeks & give it a try.
4) Can you please add some kind of discount or give me the medication for another price?
Our pricing list is our protocol. We can not adjust or offer different pricing or discounts unless they apply to every single person.
Anytime the pharmacy is at the end of a batch, our anniversary, certain holidays, and other instances they give us any amount off, we post it and offer it.
