Love when I get to ride on Wednesdays with athletes and friends. We started off together and then and took off to do some 2 min intervals, and I were just putting some miles down.
All miles are good miles, especially when they’re shared with others.

The day has come. She has trained. She has prepared and tomorrow she will see all the hard work she has put in pay off. It’s been a journey and I’ve loved being there with her as her coach each step of the way. We have an amazing team that comes together when you need a buddy for a swim, bike, or run. They keep other motivated.
Plans were adjusted for sickness, for being fatigued, (we all get it, it just takes a strong athlete to admit to it). As a master age female athlete I get the bad night of sleep, or just waking up tired, feeling sore, plans need to get adjusted. Many conversations were had, all the questions were answered.
She’d go on a long ride and then we’d go over her hydration and nutrition.
There were OWS, swim analysis to work on her stroke, rides with a focus on different aspects of riding. We rode in rain, wind, hills, etc. ran off the bike. It all happened and tomorrow it all comes together.

Tina you are strong, you are ready. Leave any doubt at the swim start as you swim away. You’ve got this.

Consistency and hard work has paid off. Lorena has been a stellar athlete. She follows her plan, has open communication with me and puts in the work and it showed this weekend.

She had a 9min PR on her half marathon and São Paulo is a hilly course!
Huge congratulations to you. Can’t wait to see how you do at Eacape from Alcatraz in June.

Perfect start to the week. Daneiva and I needed to talk about the next few months of training so we went for an easy ride and talked the whole time. Figured out her plan and got to know each other a little more.
Being a coach is more than just writing a custom plan, but it’s also knowing your athletes so those custom plans reflect their life and make them successful.

Triathlon season is just getting started to you need someone in your corner that will do more than just write you à plan. Then shoot me a DM or fill out the form in my bio.

Look forward to helping you reach your goals. Let’s make it happen.

Medal Monday!

Yesterday was amazing. Besides volunteering at IM Texas 70.3 in Galveston, I got to cheer on 4 of my athletes as they all had a fantastic day. Two of them raced this distance for the first time, and and finished strong. Daneiva raced hard and pulled off 12th in her AG with a time of 5:35! Claudia did phenomenal also especially for riding a brand new bike she just got a week ago!

Mina completed his 2nd half and had a huge PR! This was Brett’s 3rd and he PRed as well.
3 of them came in with a bike split under 3 hours! That’s huge for new cyclists.

So proud of their accomplishments. They train consistently and follow their plans and it paid off. Congratulations. I can’t wait to see what you do at your next race.

So excited to watch my athletes race tomorrow. They’ve out in the work and they are ready. are doing their first 70.3. and have done them before but this is their first time doing Galveston and then we’ve got an awesome relay with a mix of athletes and friends. They’re all going to crush it tomorrow along with my friends. So many people to track and cheer.

You can find me cheering them on for the swim and then I’ll be with volunteering at run station 4. So I’ll be around come say hi.

Her “fun” workout - 10 jumping jacks, run 1 mile, 10 burpees, run 1 mile, 10 broad jumps, run 1 mile, 7 burpees, sprint last .7 mile.

This is a great PDF.
