Want to work with us? We are looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator!
Patient Relations & Communication:
-Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner.
-Manage incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and courteously.
-Serve as the primary liaison for patient questions regarding services, appointments, and follow-up care.
-Ensure patients are comfortable and informed before, during, and after their appointments.
Scheduling & Coordination:
-Schedule consultations, treatments, and follow-up appointments efficiently.
-Coordinate provider schedules and optimize patient flow throughout the day.
-Confirm appointments, process cancellations, and maintain timely communication about schedule updates.
Patient Education & Engagement:
-Provide information about available treatments, procedures, and skincare services.
-Promote practice events, specials, and loyalty programs to enhance patient engagement.
Administrative & Operational Support:
-Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
-Support front-office operations including check-in, check-out, and payment processing.
-Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to maintain a smooth, high-quality patient experience.
